The rules for using Leaderboard

Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of Leaderboard. By accessing or using Leaderboard, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
Your Account
You own your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. You agree not to share your login information with others.
You're responsible for activity. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, including any modifications to your profile or leaderboards.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Leaderboard to:
- •Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- •Manipulate activity data or artificially inflate rankings
- •Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- •Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
- •Share offensive, explicit, or illegal content
- •Spam or advertise products or services without permission
Leaderboard Ownership
You own your leaderboards. When you create a leaderboard, you have full control over it. You can invite members, remove members, and delete the leaderboard at any time.
Privacy is your choice. Leaderboards are private by default and shared only with invited members via private links. You control who sees your leaderboard.
Fair competition. We reserve the right to remove members or leaderboards that violate these terms, including those engaged in harassment or data manipulation.
Strava Integration
Leaderboard syncs your activities directly from Strava. Your Strava data accuracy is dependent on Strava's service—we rely on Strava for accurate activity data.
Service dependency: If Strava's API is unavailable, Leaderboard cannot sync new activities. We are not responsible for Strava's service availability or data accuracy issues.
Service Availability
Leaderboard is provided "as-is" without any guarantees. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available. We may perform maintenance, updates, or shut down the service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leaderboard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or service interruptions. We are not responsible for data loss due to service outages, bugs, or third-party service failures.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your content (profile information, leaderboard names, challenge names, etc.). By using Leaderboard, you grant us the right to store and display this content as needed to provide the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. Content shared on leaderboards is visible to members you've invited.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of Leaderboard constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time in your profile settings. This will remove all your personal data from Leaderboard.
We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. We will attempt to notify you before termination when possible.
