Questions, answered.
Is it really free?
Yes. The Free tier covers 3 leaderboards with up to 20 members each — enough for a real running club or a friend group. No credit card to sign up, no trial that flips to paid.
Who can see my activities?
Nobody sees individual activities. Other members on a board only see your aggregates for the current time window — total distance, elevation, time, activity count. Single rides and runs stay private to you. Boards themselves are invite-only too: no public profiles, no global feed.
What data do you pull from Strava?
Just the activity data needed to rank you on a board: distance, time, elevation, type, and the activity timestamp. We don't store route GPS data or photos. You can revoke access from your Strava settings at any time.
Do you support Garmin, Apple Health, Coros…?
Not yet — Strava is the one connector today. More are on the way. If your activities already sync into Strava, you're covered now.
Can we rank by something other than distance?
Yes. Each board supports distance, elevation gain, total moving time, activity count, and average running pace. Switch the metric per board, or per period.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
You drop back to Free. Existing boards above the Free limit become read-only until you trim them down — nothing is deleted on your behalf.
Can I disconnect Strava and keep my account?
Yes — your historical activities stay, but new activities stop syncing until you reconnect (or add a future connector).
How does the AI assistant integration work?
We expose your activity data via an MCP server that Claude, ChatGPT (with MCP), or any compatible assistant can connect to. It's read-only — your assistant can answer questions, never modify your data. Available on Plus, Pro, and Elite.
How does billing work?
Checkout is self-serve and secured by Lemon Squeezy — pick a plan, pay by card, and your features unlock instantly. You can switch plans, update your card, or cancel anytime from Manage billing on your profile; paid plans are billed monthly or annually.
